כדי שלא תצטרכו להעלות מחדש בכל פעם. הכול פרטי לחשבונכם.

3. האם החובה למסור את המידע?
אין חובה חוקית למסור לנו מידע. מסירת כתובת דוא"ל וסיסמה נדרשת מכוח ההתקשרות —
בלעדיהן לא ניתן לפתוח חשבון ולקבל את השירות. פרטי חיוב נדרשים כדי להוציא חשבונית כדין.
כתובת IP ויומני שגיאות נאספים אוטומטית כחלק מהפעלת השירות ואבטחתו.
4. למי המידע נמסר
איננו מוכרים מידע ואיננו מוסרים אותו לפרסום. אלה ספקי התשתית שלנו:

5. היכן המידע מאוחסן והעברות לחו"ל
התוכניות והנתונים מאוחסנים באיחוד האירופי (פרנקפורט). החברה יושבת בישראל, ולישראל
הכרה של הנציבות האירופית ברמת הגנה נאותה (החלטה 2011/61/EU, אושרה מחדש בבחינה מיום
15 בינואר 2024) — ולכן העברה מהאיחוד לישראל אינה מחייבת אמצעי הגנה נוספים. מול ספקים
בארה"ב אנו נסמכים על מנגנוני העברה מקובלים.
6. כמה זמן המידע נשמר

7. הזכויות שלכם
- עיון במידע שנשמר עליכם, ותיקון מידע שגוי — לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות.
- מחיקה של החשבון והמידע.
- ייצוא של הספירות ל‑Excel ול‑PDF בכל עת, גם לאחר תום תקופת הניסיון.
- למשתמשים באיחוד האירופי ובבריטניה — הזכויות לפי GDPR, לרבות ניידות והתנגדות.
- זכות להגיש תלונה לרשות להגנת הפרטיות בישראל, או לרשות הפיקוח במדינתכם.

8. אבטחה
הצפנה בהעברה ובאחסון; הפרדה מלאה בין חשבונות ברמת מסד הנתונים, כך שגם תקלה בקוד היישום
אינה יכולה לחשוף מידע של לקוח אחר; גישה מוגבלת לצוות.
9. עוגיות
נעשה שימוש באחסון מקומי ובעוגיות הכרחיות בלבד — לשמירת ההתחברות ולהעדפות כמו ערכת הצבעים.
אין עוגיות פרסום ואין מעקב בין אתרים.
10. קטינים
השירות מיועד לעסקים ואינו מיועד לשימוש מי שטרם מלאו לו 18.
11. שינויים
נודיע על שינוי מהותי בדוא"ל או בתוך השירות.
12. שפה
מדיניות זו קיימת בעברית ובאנגלית. ללקוח שמקום עסקו בישראל — הנוסח העברי הוא המחייב.
ללקוח שמקום עסקו מחוץ לישראל — הנוסח האנגלי הוא המחייב. שני הנוסחים נועדו לומר את
אותו הדבר; בכל מקרה של אי‑התאמה יגבר הנוסח המחייב לגביכם.
Privacy Policy

This English version is the one that binds you, unless your place of
business is in Israel. Both versions are intended to say the same thing.
The short version
Your drawings are counted in your own browser. The PDF itself is never processed on
our servers. What we store: your account, your projects and drawings, the symbols you
counted, and a copy of the files plus a rendered picture of each page — so you don't have
to upload again every time. All of it is private to your account.

2. What we collect

3. Is providing it required?
You are under no legal obligation to give us information. An email address and password
are required under our contract with you — without them an account cannot be created
or the service provided. Billing details are needed to issue a lawful invoice. IP addresses
and error logs are collected automatically as part of running and securing the service.
4. Who else sees it
We do not sell data and we do not share it for advertising. Our infrastructure providers:

Also our accountant for bookkeeping, and any authority where we are legally required to.
5. Where it is stored, and transfers abroad
Drawings and data are stored in the European Union (Frankfurt). The company is in
Israel, which the European Commission recognises as providing an adequate level of
protection (Decision 2011/61/EU, confirmed on review 15 January 2024) — so transfers from
the EEA to us need no additional safeguards. For US providers we rely on recognised
transfer mechanisms.
6. How long we keep it

| You delete a project | Goes to the bin, restorable for 90 days, then permanently deleted. |
| Trial ends without subscribing | The account stays open and your work stays readable and exportable. If you have not subscribed, drawings and counts are deleted 90 days after the trial ended. We email you first. |
| You close your account | Everything is deleted, including the account record. |
| Invoices and accounting records | Kept for 7 years from the end of the tax year, as Israeli bookkeeping rules require, even after a deletion request. |
| Backups | Our hosting provider takes a daily backup of the database and keeps up to 7. A deleted record may appear in those until they are overwritten — so up to 7 days. The files themselves (your drawings and page images) are not part of database backups and are deleted immediately. |
7. Your rights
- Inspect what we hold about you and correct anything wrong — under Israel's Privacy Protection Law.
- Delete your account and its data.
- Export your counts to Excel and PDF at any time, including after a trial ends.
- For EU and UK users — the full GDPR rights, including portability and objection.
- The right to complain to Israel's Privacy Protection Authority, or your local supervisory authority.

8. Security
Encryption in transit and at rest; accounts are separated at the database level, so even a
fault in the application code cannot expose another customer's data; staff access is limited.
9. Cookies
We use local storage and strictly necessary cookies only — to keep you signed in and to
remember preferences such as the colour theme. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.
10. Children
The Service is for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18.
11. Changes
We will tell you about a material change by email or in the app.
12. Language
This Policy exists in Hebrew and English. For a customer whose place of business is
in Israel, the Hebrew version is binding. For a customer whose place of business is
outside Israel, the English version is binding. Both versions are intended to say the
same thing; where a difference is found, the version binding on you governs.
